Red Frog Marina: This is an idyllic setting for a Bocas Marina. Open, but not yet completed, the composite decking , aluminum alloy framing and flexible anchor system make these docks among the highest quality of any Marina in Central America. Very few marinas in the Caribbean and Central America which can provide a beautiful beach within a short walk from the marina docks. The Marina is naturally sheltered from the elements with depths around 30ft and little tidal change. This amenity will attract many boats when the Marina begins operating at full service levels. There are also boater lodging accommodations called Bocas Bound that will open January 1st, 2010.
Hill Top Restaurant: Delicious Panamanian food at an affordable price. Enjoy music while looking out on Bastimentos Harbor. Meet fellow travelers from all over the world. Sit down, relax and have a beverage.

Beaches: You can walk and hike to nearly 5 beaches from Red Frog Beach. Some of these beaches are entirely secluded and pristine. Only a short walk to Red Frog Beach—the most popular and renowned beach in the area.
New! Beach Bar – Palma De Roca: Opened in October 2009, this bar provides hammocks, chairs and beer for sale. It is the ideal location to kick back and relax. Be sure to visit “The Point” boardwalk that extends to the edge of the peninsula and watch the waves crash against the rocks.

Surfing: Surfing in Bocas del Toro is great! We can arrange for surf lesson and surf board rentals through Bocas Town. It is possible to even walk or hike to some surf spots from the Resort (save money on the water taxi).
Snorkeling and diving: There are several places to snorkel and dive around the island and throughout Bocas Del Toro. We can help arrange a free water dive and recommend a number of places to go snorkeling.
Tropical Garden: Over 50 types of indigenous plant and tree species have been added here. These plants include edible items such as passion fruit, star fruit, coffee, and amazon tree grape. There are also a number of plants that give off pleasant aromas that visitors will enjoy (these scents also help repel bugs). Heliconia & hybiscus should bring many birds and frogs to visit.
Kayaking: You can kayak through unique mangrove eco-systems in a calm glassy bay; or, for the more experienced kayaker—go out on the beach side of the island and visit some exotic keys and islet coves. It is amazing.
